EFCC Will never do this to a Southerner. There's a deliberate attempt to tarnish the image of Northerners and we will reject this in 2027.

@ruffydfire This matter is rampant o. This same issue led us into sharing power in my area. Two communities on 1 transformer. The transformer bought by the other community had been mercilessly vandalized because IKEDC refused to come and power it. New Nigeria is indeed POssible and OK

Your religious leaders are complicit in the poverty ravaging the country. They preach prosperity all the time, and mocking the poor. If religious leaders in this country preach to our old and uneducated parents not to collect bribes or food from politicians, we would see changes. Rather, they give politicians front seats and worship them on the alter. Traditional rulers are also complicit. Very corrupt and lack good conscience. Your illiterate mother and father are part of the people ruining your future. They're participating in this fraud called democracy and elections. They're more evil than the political elites. Same with your religious leaders. They turn a blind eye to evil done by these politicians and preach prosperity and tithes for their own personal gains. Very evil and selfish humans. End.

Dear Frank Edoho, this is a financial and life advisory from someone who has been watching. First, the school fees, the properties, the years of provision, the emotional labour, all of that is gone and it is not coming back, mourn it for exactly 30 days, after that it becomes a tuition fee for the most expensive masterclass in human character assessment you will ever attend, file it under education and move forward. Second, you are 57 years old, still handsome, still distinguished, still employed, still relevant, still the man who made “is that your final answer” a cultural moment in Nigerian television history. The woman who left that did not leave because you were not enough, she left because some people confuse a blessing for an entitlement, that is her problem now, not yours. Third, your next investment will not be in a woman who needs building, you have already built two complete human beings from scratch with your resources, your time, and your emotional capacity. Going forward you are only investing in something that already has equity, no fixer upper projects or rehabilitation contracts, you are not NNPC and you cannot afford another turnaround maintenance scam. Fourth, separate your finances permanently and structurally, whatever you own going forward carries your name only until a relationship has proven itself over years not months, love is beautiful but a joint account requires the same due diligence as a business partnership….which it literally is. Fifth, the woman making noise publicly right now naming people and building a victim narrative is doing you a favour you have not recognised yet. She is showing everyone watching exactly who she is without you having to say a single word, your silence is not weakness Frank, your silence is evidence, let it speak. Sixth, stop falling in love with potential, you are a television professional, you understand production, you know the difference between a pilot episode and a complete series, stop funding pilots that never make it to season two. Now the most important advice of all. Come back to television, but not with a quiz show this time, Nigeria has moved past multiple choice questions, we are living in an era of N800 billion missing from FAAC, senators buying tax clearance like recharge cards, a Budget Office that has gone silent on the biggest budget in history, and a government that travels the world giving speeches about transparency while accountability stays at home. Come back with a current affairs programme, sharp, structured, uncomfortable, the kind of show where powerful people sweat under studio lights and ordinary Nigerians get the questions actually answered, hosted by a man who has already survived two public storms with his dignity completely intact, which means nobody can threaten him, blackmail him, or buy him with a land allocation. Nigeria needs a broadcaster who has nothing left to lose and everything to say, and after what you have been through Frank, that man is you. The show writes itself, the audience is already waiting, and this time when you ask the question, we will not be thinking about the money. We will be thinking about the answer. Is that your final answer Frank? Make it count this time.

Mr Peter Obi, was once invited by the Chief Tax Officer in Onitsha to present evidence that he has paid his tax for six years. He honour the invitation & showed the Chief Tax Officer, Mrs Nwakpudolu Juliet, not his six years tax clearance certificate, but his more twenty years tax clearance certificates. He said that it is important that citizens pay their taxes. This is how it should be done: When people say you don't have something, you present it, not to hire twenty SANs to defend you, or to keep quiet, or to blame someone else for your crimes.

If a Wife cheats & she asks her Husband to forgive her and he does- she will not only continue cheating but she will also resent the Man for forgiving her & disrespect him in extreme ways until he gets the ultimate message- she checked out of the marriage way before she cheated.

Toward the end of his administration, President Goodluck Jonathan appointed former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi as the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in April 2015. Teargas in a Hospital, a Thoughtless Act. I have just read the recent troubling reports of how the operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) allegedly stormed the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital in a bid to arrest Professor Eyo Ekpe, a professor of cardiothoracic surgery and deputy chairman of the hospital’s medical advisory committee. While I understand and respect the fact that the EFCC, and indeed, all other government agencies have their constitutional rights to do their jobs without interference, the manner in which some of these jobs are carried out is often deeply troubling. Reportedly, the EFCC operatives who stormed the hospital shot some teargas canisters within the hospital premises which sent medical staff and patients running for safety. This thoughtless act greatly compromised the general safety in the hospital environment and further jeopardised the health of the medical personnel and the sick people in the hospital. I have always said that the most fundamental intangible asset upon which any nation functions effectively is the rule of law and order. The disorderliness allegedly demonstrated by the EFCC operatives at the hospital must not be encouraged. Nothing justifies the use of teargas canisters in a fragile hospital environment. Do we not realise that our hospitals are part of our most critical contributors to development? We must also learn to respect the lives and dignity of our citizens. If a Professor of Cardiothoracic Surgery is arrested in such a demeaning manner in a hospital environment, what signals are we sending to other medical professionals working hard to keep our health sector afloat? It is reported that Nigeria has only 80 cardiothoracic surgeons serving its 230 million people, and the Prof Eyo Ekpe is the only one in Akwa Ibom State. Let us learn to do better. Let us condemn and eschew the rascality and disorderliness that have continued to characterise some of our public offices and bring in civility in the discharge of our duties. A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO

Today, I want to sincerely apologize to all members and stakeholders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for my role in conspiring with my cousin, Nafi’u Bala Gombe, in actions that contributed to the crisis and instability within our great party while serving as the National Youth Leader of his faction. What I did was wrong, and I fully acknowledge that. The most important thing now is that I have realized my mistakes, accepted responsibility, and made the decision never to be part of such actions again. Growth comes with accountability, and I believe admitting one’s wrongs is the first step toward making things right. I also want to extend my heartfelt apologies to respected leaders and stakeholders of our party, including David Mark, Babachir Lawal, Atiku Abubakar, Abubakar Malami, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, Rotimi Amaechi, and many others who have continued to stand for peace, truth, and the unity of the ADC. I am grateful that they accepted my apology and advised me to always stand on the side of truth and never again conspire with anyone to undermine the progress of the party or the democratic process. After careful reflection, I have aligned myself with the faction led by Senator David Mark because it represents the legitimate and truthful path forward for the ADC. Nafi’u Bala himself knows, just as I do, that he resigned from his position as Deputy National Chairman of the ADC. Going forward, I am committed to playing a positive role in resolving this crisis. There will be a major development from me very soon, and by the grace of God, I will be among those who will help bring this ADC problem to an end once and for all. I also seek forgiveness from all Nigerians who may have been disappointed by my actions and involvement with Nafi’u Bala Gombe. I have learned valuable lessons from this experience, and I am choosing the path of peace, truth, and unity. May God guide us all and strengthen our democracy. — Hon. Sultan Ahmed Bello, Former National Youth Leader of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
