Delighted to share our paper led by an amazing post doc @donagh_egan and Dr Kate Glennon who developed a framework to temporally order HGSOC tumour samples based on their proteomic expression profiles providing novel insights into metastatic progression.

New publication! We explored BTLA and PD-1, key immune checkpoints that lead to T-cell exhaustion. Our findings show that PD-1 and BTLA signaling dampen TCR/CD3-mediated transcriptomic changes.
