Specialize. Specialize. Specialize. Pick one high-demand skill and build your whole resume centered around it. You can easily compete with average senior devs this way. I usually don’t suggest being a “frameworker” but if you think you don’t have time for open source, DSA, etc. and need a job urgently, then you don’t really have many options. Pick some framework, make a couple of serious projects, go through common interview questions related to that framework and apply to dozens of startups/agencies. Once you have a job, then try to upskill and switch for a better salary.
