@papshine_t Not related though, but I'm sure it wasn't in the bank that she found out about the estate too. The man just made government to smile. 10% secured
I can never understand some people and money
This my uncle, now late… lived in a rented 3-bedroom apartment like an average man.
He sold generators in Kano, doing okay for himself and his family.
Anytime he visited us, na complaints:
"Nigeria hard… money no dey…"
Before leaving, he’ll drop ₦5k for my mum and ₦2k each for me and my siblings
Sometimes his wife would even call my dad, complaining he hadn’t paid school fees.
Long story short…
He was travelling to Ibadan in a commercial bus…
Had an accident… and died
One month later, his wife went to the bank hoping to see something small for the kids…
Omo… she saw the balance and fainted
Over ₦5 billion sitting in his account.
Plus two estates in Lagos
But this man used no personal car…
Lived in rented apartment till death…
Omo...
Still confused why he lived such a life?
@esther_stan If your mindset of getting married is to depend on a man, then you are on a long trip. Marriage is dynamic now. 2 half full cups makes a full cup.
@theomeneben@AfricanHub_ You reason like a woman.
So the man should come back alone, die of depression and the useless wife will tell the children all sorts of lies against him.
He did what he had to do.
@AfricanHub_ Masa the man is the most wicked person here, you can’t allow your grievances with your wife affect the children future, imagine the trauma these kids will experience relocating back to square 1, Just because of their dad stupid selfish interest.
A family of five who sold all their belongings and borrowed ₦20 million to relocate to the UK have reportedly been deported. The family included a husband, wife, two children, and the wife’s late sister’s daughter.
After spending about two years in the UK, the wife allegedly decided to act on past grievances against her husband. Since she was the main visa holder with a work permit and the rest were dependents, she reported to authorities that she wanted to remove her husband from her visa, effectively ending their marriage.
The husband was then notified to leave the country within a short period. Faced with debt and uncertainty, he sought legal help and revealed that one of the children was not biologically theirs and had not been legally adopted or declared during their relocation process.
Authorities followed up, and DNA tests confirmed the child was not related to either of them. This violation led to legal consequences, and despite attempts to reverse the situation, the case had already escalated.
In the end, the entire family was deported back to Nigeria.
@Arsenal_rep1 With the game speed and number of goals scored in the fixture semifinals fixture of day one . Arsenal should just surrender to any of the teams that go through from that fixture cos they can’t handle any of them

This bank has made me done what I normally wouldn’t do in just 8 days. These mfs haven’t given us access to our money for 8 freaking days. Transfer, atm, over the counter, nothing. It gets to a fucking point. I’ve borrowed money and exhausted, I’m so broke & tired @PolarisBankLtd
@Queeneth01olx Count your loss. For the fact that the Account bears same name with your mum is a very uncommon coincidence. The recipient could even be an old woman who doesn't even know their left from right.
I’ve been sending ₦100k (my mother's monthly allowance) every month to the wrong person since January, and I just found out today 😳😳
The name on the account is same name as my mum, but the destination bank is different.
I didn’t notice.
It turns out months ago, I accidentally tapped Palmpay instead of First Bank on my app's dropdown menu.
I saved the beneficiary name once and kept sending money month after month.
Meanwhile, my mom assumed things were financially tight for me and didn’t want to pressure me.
She just adjusted, Cut on her expenses.
Stayed quiet.
While a complete stranger was cashing out like it was their salary?
No call, no warning. Nothing.
Before I deserve what my next line of action will be, here's a question for the timeline; If you were the one receiving that money every month, would you have said something? Or you’d stay quiet and keep collecting?
There are growing concerns around customer experience in traditional banks
It’s not surprising that in 2026, many people still feel fintech platforms offer a smoother and more reliable customer experience. #DoBetterBanks
In 2024, the veteran Nollywood actor lay frail and bedridden in a viral video, his voice breaking as he begged for money to travel to India for a kidney transplant. Nobody helped but when he died even Peter Obi and many Nollywood actors showed up at his funeral to show fake love. They saw the video when he was dying and begging. Amaechi Muonagor suffered stroke and years of complications💔
Sadly, he died in March 2024, alone in his suffering, despite decades of making people laugh, helping people and doing good. I know him, a good man but unfortunately good people die too soon nowadays. Just like Mr. Ibu, who also battled publicly, begged for support, and left this world broken and disgraced globally.
Brothers, listen with your heart:
Stop waiting for “later.” Prioritise yourself today. Save aggressively for your health and retirement. Build your own money so you never have to beg when your body fails. Don’t depend on fans, family, or friends — they move on and you will be disappointed.
Stop destroying your body. That heavy drinking, endless clubbing, smoking, and reckless nights, they feel like fun now, but they quietly destroy your kidneys, heart ❤️, kungs 🫁, and brain. One day you will lie helpless, regretting every wasted year while your children watch you fade.
Don’t let your story end in tears and GoFundMe posts, don't let people like Lucky Udu use you to make content and cash out. Live wisely. Save fiercely. Protect your health.
So when old age comes, you smile with dignity — not beg with shame.
Alone you came, alone you will leave!
Rest in peace, Amaechi. May your pain teach us. And may we never birth sons that will turn their back on us.
Sermons over!
I want PSG to progress . Should haram football from Alhaji Muhammed Arteta survive, they would be utterly destroyed. They can beat Bayern but not PSG. #PSGBAY
A guy helped me secure a painting job
I went for quotation. The job looked profitable.
So I asked him:
"Should I add your own money inside the quote?"
He said...
"No. That’s against my principle."
I said, no wahala.
Client approved it.
I did the work in 2 days. Total workmanship: ₦140k.
After food, transport, paying the extra hand, and other expenses… I still appreciated him with ₦10k.
Even messaged him...
"Abeg help me manage am."
Omo… problem started
He replied:
"₦10k is not my money. I’m worth more than that."
Then said I’m ungrateful.
I reminded him:
"I asked you before, you said no."
He said:
"I expected you to know what I deserve."
Now I’m confused
Am I truly an ingrate? 🙂↕️
@_Blacknificient@Indemosyd Good choice bro. The food industry and pharma industry are just in business. Once you learn to remove yourself from that circle, you have solved 80% of your health problems.
@donmesh74@Indemosyd Thanks for this, man! I was contemplating between this and that even though it is not real, but your comment opened my eyes to the reality. Now, I would rather have water 😊
@donmesh74@Indemosyd You too real for this mehn. If people understand the deep pit diabetes will take them, they would reconsider. I hope it's not late.🙏
