Just had a return rejected from @asos saying the item is in a “used and unsuitable condition”. I literally tried it on for about 2 minutes at home before putting it back in the shipping bag, so no idea where they’re getting that from 🤦‍♀️

@foreveramber @asos my item was tried on and returned. Tags intact and a heavy woollen scarf still connected. The garment was cream and was returned in exactly the same condition as was received!! And yet you allow your operatives to make a decision re returns that is unfair and incorrect 😡

@foreveramber I’ve just had exacting the same issue this morning. @Asos_Womanswear think it’s acceptable to make an unchallenged decision and customer has no right to appeal. I have asked for their appeals process and for the warehouse operative conducting the “sniff test” to be challenged 😡

@4Ecobichon @ZARA_Care Unfortunately for the customer Zara offer a Don’t Care policy. There is no customer service representation offered by this company. My query has rubbled in since 18 Nov with absolutely no contact from anyone 😡contact Head Office that’s what I have done.
