@OctopusEnergy appalling customer service. Meter relocation was requested on 11th August but I still have no date for the relocation despite emailing & calling @OctopusEnergy repeatedly. As a result all building work at my house has come to a stop.

@OctopusEnergy Why do @OctopEnergy refuse to rearrange engineer appointments? I have been waiting since 11th August for an engineer, I finally got an appointment date however the date needed to change but Octopus wouldn’t change it! Do I now have to wait another 2months for an appointment?!

@dfatirl @MichealMartinTD @IrelandEmbGB what do I do to find out when I will receive the FBR application I submitted in May 2021?? The FBR helpline can’t tell me I have emailed the urgent queries & the processing email addresses in March April May July Aug but no one replies!

@PassportIRL I have spoken to customer services but no one can tell me if I will get my passport before I travel. Also getting mixed messages; on Monday I was told I can’t have the passport collected in Dublin then today I’ve been told I can have the passport collected in Dublin

@PassportIRL when will the processing of Foreign Birth Registrations restart?! My son is 15months & I still am unable to apply for his entry on to the Foreign Births Register so cannot start the process to get an Irish passport for him

@simoncoveney why has the processing of Foreign Births Registrations not recommenced? Pre covid the process took far too long & with the backlog created during the pandemic there is no knowing how long the process will now take.
