Amazing Antrim Renal Unit that 23 people is taking part in Shared care. Shared Care is very close to my heart I was one of the very 1st patients when on dialysis at Altnagelvin Renal Unit to join I learnt alot about my condition from @donnapike8.

When I was on dialysis at Renal Unit I was the 1st patient to become part of the shared care team, shared care is just that you can do as little or as much as you like. I did it all & really did learn so much from my amazing nurse @donnapike8 she changed my whole life thank you.

Shared Haemodialysis Care Launch Day will take place on Friday morning 22nd March 2019 from 10-12 in the main foyer at Altnagelvin Hospital. Everyone welcome to come along to show support to our patients, as they share awareness of SHC and what it means to them .
