@civilitysaves have highlighted the importance of civility in #nhs. Lack of civility is deeply damaging to individuals, including patients. Should Organizations have a civility policy wrapped around this, so that there is path to stop the pain, and provide help to perpetrators?

A service where service users and carers are active partners in care as opposed to passive recipients. A service where patient experience ad staff experience data is considered on a par to all other sources of HSC data. @SCFNuka
