@baba_nyenyedzi When VFX was initiated it was meant to facilitate raising offshore funding for entities whose cashflows were mostly sourced offshore (exporters). ZSE has allowed itself to be canibalised by VFX by allowing any local company to go to VFX even when most of its business is local.

This logo & branding looks terrible. A lot of designers come up with all sorts of stories to justify their horrible designs, this font represents bla bla bla, the gold stands for bla bla. This is just a horrible logo. I encourage @tawandan1 to change this before investing a lot of money on re-branding.

It will be interesting to see how that $30m will be split up between private placement, rights offer, and debt. I think they suggested it won't all be a rights offer. As expected, OK realises that it can not trade its way out of the current situation and needs a bailout. Whatever happens, it looks like there will be big changes in shareholding.
