@AsaCoopStick right, if batched user inputs (different tasks) can on/off load distinct A*Bs on the fly to the base model, it will achieve the same. but i am not so sure about the overhead of on/off loading weights per batch.🙏

random thought: for LoRA/SFT, you host different model endpoints for different tasks. for ReFT, you can host a single model endpoint for different tasks. When serving, these interventions elicit different behaviors. They are batched and composable to elicit new abilities.
