Hi @AqaraSmarthouse I have to say I’m somewhat disappointed with the service support from the UK team. I bought a G410 that does not work and I’ve not had the best experience trying to resolve it. Maybe I need to move away from your ecosystem if it’s not reliable/ well supported

@Sonos It still sucks. I officially hate my @Sonos system now and I used to be a huge champion and advocate of it. It is such a backward step. All I do now is AirPlay to my speakers because the app is un-usable!
