i'd rather skip the "where did you work before?" and hire someone based off of their character traits, interests, mindset and energy. energy is everything.

What most people don't get about client acquisition: When you have a working, proven offer, You will sign clients regardless of traffic. Most people think: "More traffic = more sales" If your offer is crap, no amount of traffic will solve that. Make your offer primary. Traffic secondary. Watch your business roll.

Your next 4-5-fig client is already paying you. One of my clients was working with 100+ clients. Client loved the results, They inquired for more access. 4-fig upsell right there. All you need? Overdeliver for all your clients. Make them feel at home. Build a community they cannot leave. They've become your trusted allies. Easier to sell to someone who already trusts you than finding new clients.

Last week I got called out for "posting the same thing" Someone comments "dude, you posted this last month" What they didn't realize is that... I posted the same thing every month prior to Anytime I find a winning post style, or content framework, I go to my scheduler and schedule it out again and again for the next few months Sometimes with a few tweaks, sometimes with no tweaks at all The post he commented on had been posted 15 times already, and it was the first time someone even noticed I used to hate creating content, that would only be seen for a few days. But now I just post the winners over and over So it's worth the extra effort every time

How to become a millionaire in the next 420 days: 1. Wake up at 6:09am daily (not a minute later or earlier) 2. Immediately expose your balls to red light 3. Meditate in a cold shower and repeat the affirmation "I am a potato" 4. Short the rare fish market on 50x leverage

Tweets take ages to pop off now. After an hour you can have 10 likes. Fast forward 24 hours and it's viral with 1k likes. This is why you need to detach yourself from engagement metrics. And stop deleting your fkn tweets. Patience.

My first success didn’t come from hacks. It came from brute force. Waking up earlier before my job. Writing 500+ blog posts until people paid attention. The unserious want secrets. The real ones wants to know what to do & relentlessly work on it daily.

@astrange also it's nearly impossible to beat someone who does it for the enjoyment and because they genuinely love what they do

It’s near impossible to beat someone who just doesn’t give up. I learned that racing marathons: you hit a wall, you feel awful, you may think you're done—and then somehow you find another gear. The same thing happens as a founder. And as an investor. You can believe something long before the rest of the world catches up. Sometimes it takes years, sometimes it shows up in a form you never imagined. But if you stick with it, the payoff is real. Stamina compounds.

Most people wait for the "perfect" idea before starting. By then, someone launched a mediocre version and learned what works. Just start with what you have now, and feel confident you'll figure out the rest as you go.

Your content should do 3 things: • Solve a problem • Call out BS • Sell If it doesn’t do all 3, sack it off. You’re here to make money and grow.
