@BertaBSDetector Even just cross-posting would be good. I can help you set up something more automated, like I already do for the Transportation Safety Board, which isn't on there yet.
So with the Mac Pro being discontinued, Apple's product line is basically:
iPhone
Big iPhone
Big iPhone with a keyboard that folds
Big iPhone that sits on a desk
Square iPhone without a screen
All running basically the same OS for people who don't know what a filesystem is.
@FoSTFluff@TrashLiker@AllWheelDog@303SnowWolf This might be the dumbest comment I've seen today. The 2025 Stack Overflow Developer survey shows 1/3 of developers (that's the people writing the stuff on all your technology) use MacOS. Must be hot in your house. 🙄
Reached a new cruising groundspeed record yesterday in the Piper Seneca thanks to a 69 kt tailwind at 17,000 ft: 243 kts (450 km/h)! #flying#aviation#piper#piperseneca
Over the past few weeks I’ve shared my thoughts on advocacy, engagement, and the future of the GA community in Canada.
This final piece focuses on preparing COPA for what’s ahead.
With voting now open, I’d be honoured to have your support.

@303SnowWolf Ah. I left the D2 series because it was overpriced with very little upside. The extras are neat but I rarely look at my watch when flying. And the Descent series seems to be abandoned early, like the D2 series. And since the Fenix 8 does diving now, switching was a no-brainer.
@douglasr lol I had the D2, then the guy at the dive shop talked me into the Descent cos I got sick and tired of my old Mares computer and it really wasn’t much more expensive than anything else on the market with air integration
Apple Watch battery life: 18-24 hours
Garmin battery life: lasted an entire 2 week cruise without a recharge, including being my air integrated dive computer for 9 dives.
Like there’s not even any choice. And the Garmin actually looks like a real timepiece.
Running for the COPA Board means listening, not just talking.
I’m hosting a live Q&A today. Ask me anything, challenge ideas, or just come see what I’m about.
Let’s talk about where COPA goes next
🗓️ March 19: 7PM ET.

Aviation organizations worldwide are struggling to attract younger pilots COPA included. If we want the next generation to see value in COPA, we need to meet them earlier in their journey. Here’s how I plan to help make that happen. #flying#aviation#copafly.blakecrosby.com/2026/03/welcom…
The future of Canadian aviation won’t be shaped only in boardrooms or policy meetings. It will also be shaped around breakfast tables, fly-ins, and BBQs at local airports. What I've learned over the past few weeks speaking to COPA Flights #flying#aviationfly.blakecrosby.com/2026/03/the-tw…
If my vision for strengthening COPA’s community through mentorship and modern communication resonates with you, please read my latest post on advancing member engagement and supporting the next generation of Canadian aviators.
