Good morning @HMRCcustomers I have just discovered that I was owed a tax refund from 22/23. I ever claimed it, nor was a cheque received/cashed. How can I make a claim for this now. It is a considerable sum.

@HMRCcustomers I have now tried this three times, and each time I get nowhere. See screenshot - the link in this instance went to the page i was on! How do I get to speak to someone? Reminder: I have tried calling, I am.in Germany and cant hold for 25 mins (a low estimate)

@stevejonesdev That's part of the problem. How many of these websites are Sally, creating a WordPress account for her Crock-Pot cooking recipe blog, she blogs for 2 weeks and gives up. That site is on the internet forever. Sallys-crockpot-recipes.wordpress.com boom there's another point for WordPress!

Yet another example of "Mt. AI". Site surged like mad, only to crash once Google's webspam team caught on. All AI-generated content. 1.6M urls of it... Now, the dreaded '10 urls site query' indicating a manual action. 100% probability of AI-generated content when testing content. It's what I like to call the 10/100 death spiral. BEWARE.

I think I'll coin this "Mt. AI". Yet another example of a site publishing a ton of AI-generated content that surged... and ultimately came crashing down. I'm sure the site owners were saying, "AI content is amazing! Look at our trending!" ... until the crash happened. And that crash got much worse when the December broad core update rolled out. And it's not just AI that's the problem with that site, but all of the article content is AI-generated (coming back as 100% probability of AI). That includes AI images throughout those posts...
