@pullmanhotels Disappointed with the service and detail to attention. I booked the room 6 months ago and upon checking in nothing was taken care of. I had to separate from my wife because can’t leave kids alone. Employees were one band one sound on no customer service.

@pullmanhotels Just checked into your hotel in Phuket at Karon beach. Booked three rooms. One suite and two king view ocean rooms. I have to say that I am spending more money on the suite, which is worse than the deluxe sea view room.1/n

@pullmanhotels chennai pathetic treatment if we come by bike, pls note, Thursday 22 may 2024 from 7:30pm. Sometimes customers also come by bike to eat, have been to many hotels, yours was bad in treatment and mosquitos inside to add on... Regret being there.

Last night @pullmanhotels Brussels, got stuck in no AC, sealed windows, no fans, with my wife and 8 year old daughter. Room was suffocating. Staff were evasive, and by morning, they stopped picking up the phone. This isn’t what you expect from a premium hotel. #TravelFail
