Air Marshal S Shrinivas, AOC-in-C, #TrainingCommand visited Air Force Station Hakimpet from 24-25 Apr 26. He was accompanied by Mrs Sunita Shrinivas, President AFFWA (Regional). The Air Marshal was received by the Air Officer Commanding and was accorded a ceremonial Guard of Honour. During the visit, the AOC-in-C carried out a comprehensive review of #flying training, #maintenance and #administrative activities at the station. He inspected key facilities and assessed the station for its role in sustaining high standards of #training and #operational preparedness. The AOC-in-C also flew a sortie in the #KiranAircraft. He interacted with Qualified Flying Instructors, trainees and all personnel of the station. Addressing the station personnel, he emphasised the role of the station in nurturing and training professional #pilots that are #combat ready to face future operational challenges. The Officers’ Table Tennis Championship 2025–26 was conducted at the Military College of Electronics & Mechanical Engineering #MCEME. It was open to Officers & Ladies of all ages. The tournament was a display of reflexes, stamina, precision & control. Featuring over 50 entries, each match was intensely competed. Capt Arjun Malik (DE-107) won the Men’s Singles, and in Men’s Doubles, Capt Arjun Malik (DE-107) & Capt Yash Dhwaja (DE-106) secured the title. The MoU provides a comprehensive framework for joint research, knowledge exchange & innovation, including the establishment of a Centre at MCEME to facilitate PhD programs in Communication, Radar, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics & Mechanical Engineering.
