Revised to D10cc < 25 Gy UK SABR 2022. Not a lot of supporting data for D5-10cc metrics, however, but 19.5 Gy is likely too tight. Dmax of 35 Gy c/w UK SABR 2022 and Timmerman 2021.

Thanks you @dr_alimuhammad !! I suspected it was the CYTOSHRINK constraint. I would be willing to compromise on PTV coverage in a metastatic (CYTOSHRINK) setting, but would you jeopardize coverage to respect 38Gy on Large Bowel for a non-metastatic tumor? Wouldn't the Timmerman's constraint of 52.5Gy on the PRV, which seems to be consistent with the 42Gy/3fr, be more reasonable here? I wonder what others are using for 5 fractions @jryckman3
