@msaraiva @dr_ariu The port will hopefully take place by the end of this year. Yes, it heavily uses the Windows API, but that code is isolated in the platform layer, which is fairly small, even for a file explorer, compared to the rest of the codebase.

When we shipped Prisma ORM v7, we moved away from Rust to simplify the architecture and invest in long-term flexibility. But it came with a trade-off: performance under high concurrency.

@xdadevelopers Linux distros can not handle large numbers of files (example: 70K) inside a folder fast (GUI file managers), as most of the FM does not have virtual list built in.

@phoronix GNOME file manager is super slow loading 70K files inside a directory. Literally There is no virtualization happening.

امروز صبح زود با انرژی برای انجام کارها بلند شدم. اول برای یه کاری سری به دانشگاه زدم؛ به قدری از روی بی سوادی و ندانم کاری جواب "نمیشه"، "فک نکنم"، "نمیدونیم" و ... بم دادن که کلا از انجام باقی کارهای روزمرمم منصرف شدم و برگشتم خونه و خوابیدم.
