@ADAlthousePhD 'differences in nominal significance', it's one I see a lot when reviewing. I point them towards this published letter when I see it. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P….

Reminder: a treatment effect is shown in an RCT by showing a difference between the treatment group and control group, not by showing a significant change from baseline in one group only.

@adamjnafa @PhDemetri They usually have no stats support other than "their friend who knows SPSS" or they've watched some YouTube videos and think you just need to do a quick ANOVA.
