@ncstatestats After the mismanagement of a $10 million dollar roster, I think the only school who wanted Wade this year was LSU.

It sucks we got the 10th percentile outcome of the Wade experience. That said, I’d do it again. If you want to swim in these waters, this is the risk. If you have good coaches, other schools will want them. This whole situation was unique and sucks State got caught in the middle

@EdGainesIII I was able to find some info. Looks like 2% increase for 99283 and 99284 but can’t find info for 99285. Slight decrease for 99291 for facilities but major 17% increase for non-facility critical care time - I’m not sure who bills critical care in a non-facility setting.

@dr_stuartjames Yes, there are appendices to the '26 MPFS rule I believe in Excel or CSV that show the RVUs by CPT code. And yes, this year has seemed like an advocacy failure in all candor for physicians. We have to face facts.

@EdGainesIII Is there a source to review the RVU reductions for certain services like E/M for ED visits? This whole year seems like a total advocacy failure on several levels.

3/ For the record, the OPPS '26 proposed hospital increase will cost over $8B and the ASC's an additional $480M. Congress and CMS seem to have no trouble finding the funds for these increases but when it comes to physicians, not so much.
