The atmosphere was so down at Parliament yesterday as it paid an emotional tribute to the late Helen Nakimuli, the Kalangala District Woman MP. Sadness engulfed the house. Big salutes to the speaker for making time to appreciate Nyaka’s work and our plans to expand grandmothers' programs in all districts of Uganda by 2030. Thank you, @dr_sylvia, for arranging the meeting. The right Hon Speaker @AnitahAmong was already dressed to chair the house, and she couldn't take a picture with us, so I secured one with my gamba n'ogu.
