I have spent over $20m on @Meta ads. Had my profile since 2013. Never had any ads rejected. Never used my profile for anything but ads manager. Then wake up permanently banned with no email, no appeal, no reason. I need help getting my profile back.

There’s a wave of Brazilian affiliates printing with bid caps right now… Mostly thanks to @allanz0rd who opened their eyes to this strategy. And yet, most people are sleeping on it. If you want to sip margaritas all day… And not babysit Ads Manager… This is the play. Instead of scaling $1 adset campaigns… They do this: → One CBO → 100+ creatives inside → Inflated budget ($100k–$500k/day) → Low bid cap That’s it. And guess what? You’re basically testing new ads for free. → If it doesn’t spend → it’s dead → If it spends → it’s a winner BONUS: If you already know your best-performing hours… Test this with lifetime budgets + ad set scheduling.

The exact bid cap formula we use for every scaling campaign: Step 1: Calculate max CPA. > If AOV is $60 and target ROAS is 3x, max CPA is $20. Step 2: Set up CBO campaign with high daily budget. Step 3: Set bid cap at adset level at your max CPA. Step 4: Monitor and adjust. > If spending at higher CPA than target: decrease bid cap by 10 to 15% > If not spending at all: increase bid cap by 10 to 15% Step 5: Find the sweet spot where campaign spends 50% plus of daily budget at target ROAS. When CPMs drop (Black Friday, slow periods): campaign automatically spends more for same cost. When CPMs rise: campaign automatically protects efficiency. This took a client from $100 per day to $12K per day at 4x ROAS.

I had a call this week with a supplement brand. Endocrine disruptors messaging, testosterone claims. CPMs at $130 and climbing. The strange part: they'd be in a better position if Meta had officially flagged them with the Health and Wellness tag. Because when you get flagged, you can use a workaround that brings CPMs back down. We're running a GLP-1 account, vial and needle in the creative, at $24 CPMs using it. But if you're in the grey zone? Being penalised without being restricted is the worst of both worlds. You pay the premium with no clear direction that you need a workaround.

BTW for all the people seeing Medvi and wanting to go ham in the GLP-1/telemed space now...If you want to buy the minority stake I have in a telemed business, feel free to hit me up. 19.5% Stake. Rev: $20MM Y1, $32MM Y2, $50MM+ Runrate Y3. Completely bootstrapped. No warning letters or lawsuits because we've run it extremely compliantly. Industry leading retention numbers. We could have done a lot more revenue but we've never worked with affiliates due to risk profile. That's now changing somewhat because my partners want to do more rev...and if you were super inspired by Medvi then that's probably exciting to you. Business has an incredible team though, extremely well run, professional management team, and so on. Very few employees (similar to Medvi) but lots of contractors and agencies who we have deep relationships with and who act as employees in a lot of ways. In fact, I haven't been involved in day to day in 2026 - and the company is growing. That's also one of the reasons I'd be open to selling, because I'm more interested in businesses I actually run. And I'd part with my stake for probably 1/2 of what the business is valued at because, personally, I'm super over telemed and GLP-1s.... Plus I don't really want to go the affiliate route but my partners do. So if you've got a better risk tolerance than me - HMU. P.S. There are four partners in the biz in total, and probably some of the others would be interested in selling their stake too.

First time I visited Romania (couple years ago) I tried to get an Uber. Found out you can't get an Uber at the airport. So I'm forced to take a regular taxi to my hotel. Takes about 15 minutes. We arrive, taxi driver turns around and says: "600" I do some quick math and figure out that he's charging me $135. Tell him: "bro, come onnnnn now" I was fully expecting a scam. This is Romania and I'm in a taxi. I get it. But the sheer size of the scam was just too much. Felt like a Somalian daycare sized scam. Anyway, when he notices me pushing back he immediately loses the ability to speak any English. Starts muttering and mumbling gibberish instead. Ended up paying him 200lei. Still a retarded price. His English suddenly returned after he took the money. Romanian cab drivers are built different.

Aff Marketing Side Quest 35 days ago I started to seriously play around in the aff space (still running our own eCom, so it was just a side thing). Team was literally for the most part myself and my right-hand person (we had some help from our creative team but not too much). Feels like I still got it as a media buyer myself. What we have done: - Heavy manual media buying - Heavy, heavy, heavy ADV/funnel testing/copywriting - Nearly 100% static images/slideshow What we have been running: - All WH only (no Casino, Dating or whatever, I don't even know how to run that) - eCom offers (mostly bigger brands where I know the owner personally with a CPA deal) - CPL offers (insurances, loans) - Digital CPA offers (digistore shit) I still have absolutely no idea what we are doing here. We have no biz dev, no media buyers besides me, no devs, so please don't ask me in DMs how to get started with it. I don't even know! The only reason I think it worked out OK for us is because the only thing we are good at is running ads and landing pages/advertorials, everything else we suck at. So by finding a biz model that only focuses on that, it somehow worked out. Take it as inspiration: if you are doing something right now that isn't working out, maybe you are just in the wrong biz model. Check what your actual skills are and go all in on them. Meta rarely, if ever, sends comms in a fast enough manner for bugs like last night. Today please demand them too. Some businesses are waking up to $30-40k in overspending from what I'm hearing. That's a significant amount of $ that very well could stall payroll this week. The delivery issues on Meta every 8-10 days is getting realllllllly old. I hate talking about it and I wish there was less chaos on this platform. However, it won't change. There just has to be a better way to handle this.
