@nvidia @SpaceX @AnthropicAI This is what people miss… AI isn’t just about smarter models anymore, it’s about who controls the compute. 220,000 GPUs is not an upgrade—it’s a power move. @SpaceX @AnthropicAI this is how the next wave gets built 🚀

Two frontier labs. One accelerated computing platform. Congrats to @SpaceX and @AnthropicAI on the new compute partnership, powered by 220,000+ NVIDIA GPUs inside Colossus 1. The future of AI runs on NVIDIA.
Claude@claudeai

We’ve agreed to a partnership with @SpaceX that will substantially increase our compute capacity. This, along with our other recent compute deals, means that we’ve been able to increase our usage limits for Claude Code and the Claude API.

Carb cycling is the most effective fat loss strategy when the goal is to get lean without slowing metabolism or losing performance. I break it down in detail in my pinned fat loss guide. Instead of keeping carbs constant, you rotate them based on demand. A high-demand day like a heavy leg session or high volume work gets more carbs to restore glycogen, support thyroid output, raise leptin, and maintain performance. Lower-demand days get fewer carbs to increase fat oxidation, reduce insulin exposure, and improve fuel partitioning. The alternation drives the result. Lower-carb days create glycogen depletion, so higher-carb days are directed toward replenishment and oxidation. This avoids the chronic metabolic slowdown seen with constant restriction while still allowing aggressive fat loss.

Thoughts after 48 days of no meat - no fish - no dairy - no oil (for some of it) I feel physically ill after breaking lent and eating dairy/meat Felt 10/10 health wise for the previous couple of weeks with 10/10 energy levels (and average 90% whoop sleep scores) Maybe @bryan_johnson is onto something ps - I am a 7 times a week steak guy and previously thought carnivor diet was the best I ever felt (never been so wrong)

Nobody told me fruit was anabolic. I figured it out the hard way. I was cutting carbs, eating clean, doing everything right. Labs came back. Low testosterone. High cortisol. Doctor said “looks normal to me.” So I did some research. Your liver runs gluconeogenesis. It manufactures glucose to keep your blood sugar stable when you’re not eating. But it needs glycogen to do that efficiently. And the cleanest way to load liver glycogen? Fructose. From fruit. Not soda. Not candy. Actual fruit. Stable liver glycogen feeds stable blood glucose. Stable blood glucose keeps cortisol quiet. Quiet cortisol gives testosterone room to operate. I eat fruit every morning now. Ripe. Sweet. Unapologetic. My cortisol has been the lowest it’s ever been. My testosterone increased.
