@pratiknet @rotimatic Hello Pratik, I’m in similar situation. CEO escalation email appears to be another fraud from @rotimatic . They don’t respond to my emails and have shunned off all communications. They are sitting on my money. Don’t try to get the machine, just get a refund!

Update: I had a written confirmation from #Rotimatic "CEO escalations" team that replacement machine will be shipped by May 11 and tracking no will be shared by May 13. Guess what, no updates so far. I sent a follow up 40 hours ago, response awaited. @rotimatic please advise 🙏

@rotimatic we have had a horrible time with customer service. With a machine fault and a defunct replacement, the customer service not responding to our communications on email or the app! A second replacement was sent even though refund requested. Voila! It doesn’t work as well.

@rotimatic May I request your intervention please. It has been 2 weeks and haven’t heard back from your engineering team who promised to respond in 1-2days for a machine that wouldn’t start. No one is answering my emails. Is anyone concerned??

@rotimatic May I kindly request your intervention. I received a replacement unit for a faulty machine which never got started. I was told on 3rd of September that the Engineering team shall be in touch in 1-2 days but there hasn’t been any further response. No one is answering.

@UPS_UK one of the worst delivery services to Oxford! Three orders in last 12months. None delivered on time. One damaged and one wrongly updated as delivers while it wasn’t and the case being investigated. Check on your Abington team.

@virsanghvi But I also agree that testing should be reduced. No point in testing asymptomatic and mildly symptomatic. We simply do not have the resources to test most of the population. And it is not needed now that it is in the community

Can someone please clarify this for me: has the ICMR issued a circular stating that asymptomatic persons cannot be tested for Covid? This is the Delhi Govt’s defence. If that’s true then it’s the ICMR that has some explaining to do.
