Two current solutions: 1. proactive - create a batch report looking for drugs in action group Insulin where review date is soon; 2. change insulin Px to 'use max issues' rather than review date. Set to 100 = 16 years of two monthly Px.

Insulin should not have a limit set on repeat- perhaps that's something @emis @TPP_SystmOne can comment on?
