Weil es heute ein bisschen Aufregung gab darüber, dass ich angeblich den Rechtsstaat häckseln möchte 😃 Das hier ⬇️ finde ich eine sehr schlüssige Sichtweise. Ärzte oder Rechtsanwälte können schließlich auch Berufsverbote bekommen. Andererseits kann man finden, dass Strafurteile das eine sein sollten, die Frage von zusätzlichen politischen Sanktionen dagegen grundsätzlich den Wählern überlassen bleiben sollte. Meine Meinung dazu ist, dass ich die Vermengung von Strafurteilen und Nichtwählbarkeit prinzipiell für heikel halte, weil sie die Gefahr birgt, dass sie politisch benutzt wird oder auch nur als politisch wahrgenommen wird, was wiederum größeren Schaden für die Demokratie nach sich ziehen kann als vom Gesetzgeber beabsichtigt. Im konkreten Fall scheint mir, dass die Sache LePens Partei nutzen wird, weil sie ein regelrechtes Geschenk für Ihre Agenda ist. Dazu kann man gerne sehr anderer Meinung sein. Aber wer mir deswegen Extremismusunterstützung vorwirft, den kann ich nicht ernst nehmen, sorry.
