The problem with being "civically" English is it isn't a stable state. A nation of mostly Ghanians and Pakistanis and so on will within a few generations cease to have a civic connection to the old England. We've already seen the beginnings of this process as even ethnically English people have begun adopting foreign cultures. English cultural works from Tolkien, C.S. Lewis and Huxley are now on a 'Terror watch list'. Young people of various races across Western countries are adopting "road men" style and language. Anyone who thinks that you can have England and English culture without an ethnic supermajority of English people is deeply delusional. Trying to split the issue between culture and ethnicity is simply a way to cope with the fact that Western nations are being genocided
