@IAGovernor Your bill literally does neither of these things. Private schools are free to exclude anyone they wish. They have the freedom, not parents. And your handout is available to all income levels by the third year. Stop pretending this is meant to help the less fortunate.

Wait you guys are getting Spring Break?

It used to be that 22% of college students majored in education. CURRENT numbers are at 4.6%! 😮 Instead of figuring out why, states and districts are lowering the requirements for becoming a teacher. Then some experts will ‘wonder’ why test scores have been declining. 🙄😕😡

If you wonder why there's a teacher shortage in the state of Iowa, just ask a teacher in the state? It has nothing to do with teaching students in our classrooms. It has everything to do w/ expectations outside of classroom hrs. and lack of compensation @IAGovernor @IADeptofEd
