No till soybeans into corn stalks can be a challenge. Especially when corn yields well over 200 bushel. This grower ran air seeder on angle to the corn rows and results look great. Pretty near a perfect stand of beans #ontag #scout25

Yesterday, we hosted our inaugural joint-lobby day on the Hill with the Canadian Meat Council (CMC). We spent the day meeting with Parliamentarians to discuss critical issues facing the Canadian pork industry. Thank you Minister MacAulay for meeting with CPC Chair, René Roy, CMC Chair, Russ Mallard, and Ontario Pork Producers Chair, Tara Terpstra, to engage in conversation surrounding trade issues, labour needs in the pork value chain, and ASF recovery program planning. Members, staff, and the Board participated in further discussions with MP Karen Vecchio, MP Larry Maguire, and MP Bernard Généreux. As national leaders in the sector, it's crucial we continue to collaborate to be a united voice for Canada's 8000 pork producers and processors. CPC is committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with Canada's policymakers to advance the Canadian pork industry.
