Repairs & #RepairDontWaste philosophy provides a much needed service to #ukmfg - we often recommend repairs to customers ourselves 👍 However, planned & targeted upgrades are by far the best long term strategy for anyone responsible for critical #Automation Control Systems 👊

Energy costs are a huge burden on #VerticalFarming and the larger rollout of hydroponics & aeroponics growing technologies. We have the #Automation and #ControlSystems. We just need a sustainable way forward. Ideas and creativity like this, if sustainable, will only help 🌱

Off-field chaos aside… When Vitor Pereira arrived at Wolves, he delivered six straight wins, the club’s best top-flight run since 1970, and pulled off an against-the-odds survival. Forest’s fourth roll of the dice has to land. #nffc

@Dwarfio Was fully behind Nuno when we appointed him Russ, but I think Vitor is far less inspiring. He got a bounce with you though from recollection?

@rodjamesgiggs Probably because he has more passion for his club in one sweat drop on his left bollock, than the entire Ratcliffe/Ineos/Glazer team combined 🤷‍♂️ #nffc

My investigation into the mental health of young people — and the state of services caring for them — reveals a harrowing picture of: 📈Rocketing demand 🌀Spiralling complexity 🚨Support only available in crisis 💔Huge toll on patients, family and staff thedoctor.bma.org.uk/articles/healt…
The Doctor Magazine@TheDrMagazine

The mental health of young people is worsening. Support services can't meet rocketing demand. And patients struggle to find help - harming them, their families + staff under extreme pressure. Our investigation lays bare the state of things: thedoctor.bma.org.uk/articles/healt…

Computer memory prices are so absurd right now, you may find it cheaper to buy a used PC to yank the RAM out than buy just the memory. Some PC sellers don't seem to have priced the full increase in yet. Or buy a mini PC, and gut it. (Make sure you get the right type and spec!)

An incredibly heavy heart having been told of the passing of John Robertson, Forest's greatest ever player, my coach at Leicester and one of the loveliest, kindest hearted humans I've met. As a kid he was a hero on Star Soccer with his beguiling wing play, trademark shoulder drop, go past the fullback and cross. When I finally got to Forest I wore white tape under my shinpads in homage to him. At Leicester with Martin O'Neill he knew of my issues and problems and instead like many, who mocked them, he put a literal arm around me, had words of empathy and kindness and genuinely gave me support. The fact that the lads at Leicester loved him so much was a joy to see, a living legend getting a lot of love from a hard nosed, experienced dressing room. When I retired and started doing radio, I'd often be at Villa Park, the radio point being near the tunnel. More than once I'd see a plume of ciggy smoke coming from the tunnel an hour after the end of a game, Robbo would poke his head around the corner and say "I'm listening! I can f***** hear you from here!". Last time I saw him was at the World Famous City Ground where we sat together in a box watching the Trickies. He regaled everyone with great stories, humour and that something extra that he, and another great man dearly missed, Trevor Francis, had. A warmth that years of the gnarly industry that is pro football never dimmed nor affected. He was just "Robbo", a giant of my childhood, a giant of a club we both were lucky enough to represent, but a good man, just a bloody good man. Sending all my love to Robbo's family and friends, to everyone at Forest and those who were lucky enough to spend time with him. Last year it was Gary Shaw, this year Robbo, the footballing Gods haven't been so kind in recent years. Robbo, you'll be sorely missed, thank you for your inspiration as a player, your support as a coach and lasting legacy as a lovely human being. Rest in peace, Robbo.

This is a great observation. I find myself amused at how a win is treated for England at home. It should be normal for you to just dominate at home.

@adarshisit No one is losing their mind, far from it. We're just enjoying some great cricket. Ben Stokes 5 & 141, Bumrah shipping 100+ for the first time in his entire career. Oh, and the realisation that Joe Root will go on to surpass Sachin Tendulkar as No.1 - hope that helps?
