You can't claim the government is fulfilling its promises on agriculture when vast farmlands have become hunting grounds for armed Fulani terrorists. In many communities, farmers are forced to pay illegal levies to access their own land, while others risk kidnapping or death simply for going to the farm. Agriculture cannot thrive in insecurity.
