This little lad lived in the care system. He could only go on a pity play invite (Atari) at his school friends house if he agreed to be searched to make sure he did not steal anything. His friend's mum searched him at home time because it was assumed that all kids in children's homes are thieves! This little lad never went back! This lad never stole a thing in his life. The body found in the River Wyre today was in a stretch that runs alongside and very close to Rawcliffe Road. It doesn't take a particularly active imagination to think that somebody might have driven her dead body to the river last night and just chucked it in. RIP Nicola Bulley
