@PaintedIn @BullNakedCrypto They want it to pass if its amended to what the Dems want. Otherwise, zero votes from them. Then they'll blame Republicans for killing the Clarity Act. Bipartisan won't happen in my opinion.

Kennedy's a yes matters more than it looks. He's been a vocal skeptic on crypto for years....flipping his vote tells you whip count is closer to passage than headlines suggested. Republicans needed Senate Banking holdouts and he was on that list. Market structure bill is what industry has actually wanted, more than stablecoin stuff that already passed. Clear lines between SEC and CFTC jurisdiction would unlock product launches that have been frozen for years. Keen to look for which other fence-sitters move this week. If Kennedy went, others probably follow. 😉

@CoinDesk 5% chance this makes it out of committee. 0% it passes the Senate. The banks own too many Dems. The Republicans won't he able to get the 60 votes needed unless they end the filibuster, which they won't do. Banks and TDS are powerful voice against crypto.

@TheCryptoLark Buy any non stable in the top 10, but 50% should be btc as their anchor. Don't selll. The market manipulates so you buy at the top and sell at the bottom.
