@Olacabs A friend sent me homemade lunch & tiffin via Ola Parcel. The order was picked up and paid for, but delivered to the wrong address. I was left waiting in the office hungry while your rider misplaced my parcel. This is unacceptable.

I purchased an Ola S1 Air on 5 Dec 2024 and am still waiting for the EV subsidy. When I checked the government subsidy portal, it shows that my application has not even been submitted/applied. Requesting @OlaElectric to look into this issue and provide an update.
