Members of the #CaledonOPP are currently investigating a shooting incident in Bolton. On March 18, 2026, at approximately 10:00 p.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting at a residence on Bambi Trail, in the Town of Caledon. No injuries were sustained as a result of the incident. The suspect vehicle, a white Kia sports utility vehicle (SUV), was observed leaving the area. The OPP urges the public to remain vigilant and promptly report any suspicious activity to the police. This investigation remains ongoing and is not believed to be extortion related. At this time, there is no threat to public safety and more information will be released when available. This investigation is ongoing by the Caledon OPP Major Crime Unit (MCU). Anyone with information or surveillance/dashcam footage is asked to contact Caledon OPP by phone at 1-888-310-1122. If you want a case study in how frightenly broken Canada’s judicial system is then look no further than this. A woman who had been charged for repeatedly stabbed and violently abusing a neighbour’s dog was released. She then enters Surrey Memorial Hospital’s NICU, becomes violent, removes her shirt, handles multiple newborns, and causes a two-hour security incident. And guess what? Brooklyn, New York : A courier walks through the recipients gate to deliver a package and a would be thief follows right behind her and snatches the package just as she lays it down, four young boys witnessed the whole thing and ran the thief down and retrieved the package and brought it back to the young lady who was struggling to find the words to explain what just had happened.
