@AnkerOfficial refused to replace my Detachable battery for powered coolbox as it was complimentary when I bought the SOLIX F2000 Portable Power Station. Missing the point? It was the complimentary stuff which made me choose to buy the power station from them in the first place!

@jet2tweets paid for half board @Monsuau in Majorca and the evening dinners are poor/cold & no water included (not on website) breakfast lovely, abundance choices. would like a refund 4 half board, or move to diff hotel. here until 15th July .Not a good value half board hotel.

@emirates I was told deaf people are not allowed to have extra legroom seats so was given other seats with extra legroom. Phoned to check booking and despite having an email with proof, been told no! My seats will be given to families if they book my flights! Where are my rights?

Shocking stay @DTHGlasWesterw used points 2 pay 4 room still charged £194! A scam? Hair in food, no water in rooms. Never exp this with Hilton b4. Spoke to DM promised sort it, on check out other DM didn’t know anything! Very Stressful trying get refund. @DoubleTree can you help?
