New real-world data from France shows 3-year survival for lung adenocarcinoma rose from 16.3% (2000) to 38.6% (2020) driven by earlier diagnosis & targeted treatment. Inflammatory bowel disease (#IBD) increases bowel cancer risk: 1/3 of patients with low grade dysplasia (LGD) will get cancer. This risk is very high &reason for treatment. But also major conundrum b/c 2/3 patients with LGD won't get cancer. Can we know who is really at risk? 1/3
