@BootsUK He said all he could do was fill in a form which could take 14 days to reach the supplier. I said I was unhappy with this level of service and asked to be transferred to someone more senior he terminated the call. I have never enciuntered such dreadful customer service

@BootsUK I then went through a very long tedious process on a phone call and spoke to someone. He informed me that I had to get in touch with a third company (their supplier for this product) myself. I told him that I felt this was the responsibility of Boots, not myself.
