Your chatbot and call center doesnt understand this. It mostly happens at peak hours and is clearly not my hardware. Not on wireless. I have tested and retested.

@comcast @Xfinity @XfinitySupport Hey comcast! I pay for 800Mbps, due to your infrastructure get about 1/100th of that during business hours. Speeds are better late at night. It started in Nov2024 and there is no way to get support for this. Please help! I am out of options.
