Imagine a lawyer mistaking liability law for toxicology and rhetoric for evidence. Vaccines are not granted immunity because they are “so harmful.” They are protected because they are so socially necessary that no manufacturer would produce them if a single adverse event could trigger ruinous litigation. That legal reality existed before modern vaccines and nearly collapsed immunization programs entirely. Mandates exist not because vaccines are weak, but because infectious diseases are efficient. Measles does not respect personal belief systems, constitutional cosplay, or Substack subscriptions. Public health is not a lifestyle choice; it’s a coordination problem. As for the claim that “billions are spent to convince people,” this is the paranoid inversion of cause and effect. The money is spent because misinformation spreads faster than viruses. It is often funded, litigated, and amplified by people who profit from sowing doubt while bearing none of the consequences. And “censorship” here means what it always does in these arguments: experts disagree, courts reject claims without evidence, and platforms declining to launder demonstrable falsehoods as debate. Only one product fits this reality, indeed: A product so effective that its absence is immediately visible in pediatric wards, cemeteries, and epidemiology textbooks. The real tell is this: when evidence is weak, the language grows grandiose; when data is absent, outrage does the heavy lifting.

Dr. Robert Malone says there are ways to remove COVID shots from the market if the FDA won’t act. “I’m not deaf to the calls that we need to get the COVID vaccine mRNA products off the market.” “All I can say is stay tuned and wait for the upcoming ACIP meeting.” “If the FDA won’t act, there are other entities that will.”

CDC has updated the flu numbers and is reporting 17 children have died from flu. And yet @SecKennedy is discouraging parents from getting their kids vaccinated. cdc.gov/fluview/survei…

Robert Malone doesn't seem to understand the fundamental pathology of how measles kills. Measles damages the respiratory tract and suppresses the immune system, predisposing patients to bacterial superinfection. This is the primary mechanism of measles death in children. Finding bacteria in a sputum culture doesn't prove a patient didn't die of measles. It confirms they died of the most common and well-documented complication of measles: secondary bacterial pneumonia. cdc.gov/measles/hcp/cl…

RFK Jr. just pushed our public health system off a cliff.
