Fascinating study in @eLife: @BeckmanFnd analyzed how blinding the Beckman Young Investigator review process (at LOI stage) affected success rates based on applicant’s institutional prestige & saw major effects — but saw no effect on applicant’s gender: elifesciences.org/articles/92339
