@thriftycars MCO. There are about 20 people in line and 2 people at the desk. I have been in line over an hour and it’s taking 20+ min per person. I still have like 4 people in front of me, a hungry kid, and a reservation I’ll now miss. Out of control.

@thriftycars fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Walking past rental company after rental company with no lines only to arrive in the hour+ long line for Thrifty is miserable as usual. Never again.

Shoutout to the team at @WonderLabMuseum who dealt with countless parents calling and emailing about summer camp registration this morning and handled us with grace and kindness. I’m sure it was wild over there but they were just WONDERful.
