Looking at their past legal disputes, $NWBO has filed 8ks. This is a bit different though. I would lean towards filing an 8K, but that is purely a guess. This is likely not a simple monetary settlement as $NWBO would not only want money for damages but they would also want Canaccord to stop the illegal trading. On the other hand, Canaccord would not want to admit to any wrongdoing. Anyways, I think this is way more complicated than a straight monetary settlement and I'd hope for an 8K to explain those details.
