I'm struggling to run retros with a team that is mostly colocated, but has the odd WFH person attending remotely. Any advice? I tried remote tools but they seemed less engaging, hard to create high energy (maybe due to my inexperience with them) #retrospectives #advice

@dozylocal @karen_greaves The idea is that who to invite should be up to the team but shouldn't be limited to the team. If the team wants to invite the boss, then great! As long as it's opt-in

@karen_greaves @ds_horowitz Are we over complicating things? In my experience, the percentage of dots remain almost same even if I double or half the suggested no of dots. I think it's the thought of the vote that counts.

How many dot votes should you have? The formula suggested is square root of the number of items @ds_horowitz #Agile2019 #retrospectives
