@lufthansa can you explain why after I have paid for seats 5 a,b,c when travelling with my 12 year old son, you can change the seats to 5, 8 and 20? Without notice and without anyone caring or able to do anything?

@VodafoneUK I have spoken to three people now and guess what? Yes, that's right they all care about my issue and they are all going to fix it for me! Oh, but wait, they didn't and whats more NO ONE called me back as promised! Truly exceptional customer service! you couldn't write it!

@VodafoneUK new record today, been on hold first time for 30mins, had work to do so had to drop, next time 1hr20 mins, again my job got in the way. This time 22 mins so far, now got someone and having to explain everything again!#areyouforreal #ithoughtskywasbad

@VodafoneUK how do you become this bad at customer service? Seriously, your inability to communicate with customers is amazing. My SuperFast broadband has NEVER met the claimed rate and for the last 4 weeks goes down regularly. Just pick up the phone and call customers back!
