Feeling very honoured and moved to have just got the headline "Special Recognition" award at the Broadcast industry awards. A wonderful speech from @susannareid100 and an almost uncomfortably long standing ovation from my peers left me nicely taken aback. Being on TV is a great privilege., I'm very thankful to ITV for giving me the platform now for over 20 years. Ill do my best to continue to try and use it to have a hopefully positive impact.
