Improving access to and within Downtown Des Moines, regardless of whether you walk, bike, drive, or take transit.



Today, we unveiled a plan consisting of over 70 projects designed to reduce reckless driving and increase bicycling safety and mobility in 2024. I aim to have fifty miles of protected bicycle lanes under construction or in active development by the year 2026.
