@AFTVMedia Sorry, but for me to even listen to an offer for Saliba you better be dropping at minimum £150. Anything less and we have nothing to discuss.

@NorthFultonJP @Dhaneye You forget that Berhalter also got a full cycle in charge. Poch has only been in charge for a year and a half. Can’t compare them at all. Until the talent level improves we are exactly where we should be, sorry it’s hard for some people to accept that fact but it’s the truth.

@Dhaneye Berhalter had better results in his time unless you are impressed by wins over Bosnia and Australia.

@CombatDisinfo @Dhaneye The playing style under Berhalter was brutal to watch! It was obvious that the defense on this team was always going to be our weak spot and it showed, have to find better defensive options ASAP!

@Utdstandchamp @terryflewers Eze always preferred Arsenal over Tottenham. I mean do you blame him, look at the state of the two clubs, obvious choice was always Arsenal.

@terryflewers The way you are moving these days is suspicious. Arsenal literally hijacked Eze after Tottenham already agreed personal terms with the player and ready to close the deal with CP. If the other club is appealing and present a credible project the player will change his mind.

Clubs typically seek player buy in first. Once personal terms are agreed, the player has committed and shown a clear desire to join. That is what helps stop hijacks. So INEOS wanting players who fully commit once personal terms are agreed should not be treated as strange. That is what well run clubs do. A Bruno Guimaraes hijack to Arsenal is not realistic unless the current deal collapses or Arsenal walk away. Anything else feels extremely unlikely.
MUFC Academy(fan)@mufcacademy91

Are we seriously going to sit back and watch Arsenal land a Guimarães-Rice pivot, City pair Rodri with Anderson, and Spurs already signed Mateus Fernandes and Tonali? We need to respond with a marquee midfield signing immediately. Hijacking this deal has to be an option. Sigh.

Our entire youth sports system has the wrong motive. I don’t think that’s debatable and it’s not isolated to soccer. It’s absolutely every sport. What is the motive and who benefits are the main difference between the model in other countries and the model we use here.
Harrison Lee@HarrisonCLee

Thierry and Zlatan saying they wouldn't have become soccer players because of the costs of the American youth system, then seeing Lalas say it's a great system because it makes a lot of money for some people really sums it all up nicely

@NorbyAFC @timstillman_ I think the thing is no other politician in the world would get involved. Im saying Poch knows there was no appeal and that Trump getting involved was wrong. If they play him and win it, Belgium will appeal to CAS, that puts the whole tournament at stake

UEFA statement incandescent over FIFA suspending Balogun's suspension. "When the certainty of rules is no longer guaranteed by its guardians, the integrity of the game is at stake and the credibility of a competition is undermined."

🚨🇺🇸 Folarin Balogun will be eligible to face Belgium, after FIFA opted to hand him a suspended one-game ban under Article 27. The red card stands, but he’s free to play — as @MelissaMOrtiz reported.
