@HealthyAlfred Been dealing with slight tear in my meniscus that creates irritation and swelling in my knee for about a year now. I’ve did bpc157/tb500 for about a week and swelling did go down but soreness remained. Took a week off and just starting back up. Will update this thread

BPC-157 was tested on HUMAN knees. Not rats. Humans. 16 patients. Real knee pain. Osteoarthritis. Meniscus tears. Ligament damage. Their doctors gave them two options: cortisone or surgery. They got BPC-157 instead. 90% reported pain relief. Not for a week. Not for a month. Past 6 MONTHS. (PMID: 34324435) Every time someone says “it’s just rat studies” — show them this. Cortisone numbs pain for 3 weeks then BREAKS DOWN the collagen holding your knee together. You pay $500 to accelerate the damage. Surgery costs $15,000-50,000. Months of recovery. And most knees are never the same. BPC-157 grows new blood vessels into the damage. Builds fresh collagen. Activates repair your body stopped sending. → 90% pain relief past 6 months → no surgery → no cortisone → no side effects reported → a peptide your stomach already makes 16 patients. 90% success. Published. Peer-reviewed. Your orthopedic surgeon charges $30,000 and gives you a 60% chance. BPC-157 cost a fraction and hit 90%. That’s not even the craziest thing BPC-157 has done. Check the comments.

Rich Paul on why Cam Reddish’s career never worked out in the NBA: “I watched this kid score 50 of the easiest points, me and Mav was together and was like damn that looked easy. 6’9, fluid. When he got to college with RJ and Zion, he was kinda the 3rd option. That can do something mentally to you, confidence… Then you go to the draft you supposed to be top 5 pick. You go 10th to a team that took a player you were ranked better than the whole time and in front of you at 4 in Deandre Hunter. Then you get traded, it’s circumstance” (Via @NBA__Courtside)

Just in: Denver Nuggets' Nikola Jokic has been diagnosed with a hyperextension in his left knee and will miss at least four weeks. An immense sigh of relief as tests show the three-time NBA MVP's knee ligaments are intact.

As a lifelong Democrat, I didn’t know what to make of Charlie Kirk. I’ve since spent several lunch breaks watching his debates (FULL videos) and have come away with the impression that we got him all wrong. The reaction from those on my side of the aisle have really made me rethink whether we’re on the right side of history. Well, I’m crossing the aisle—I just registered as a Republican. Anyone else?

Fans are trying to get rid of LeBron James due to his age, thinking they can replace All NBA production. Luka and LeBron can win together, with Luka holding the keys if they go all in now. Not believing in LeBron is based on foolishness and will result in punting Luka’s prime.

@The_AI_Investor He’s not that dumb. He knows exactly what he’s doing and their intent is to slow down nvidia they don’t care anything about America it’s about opening marketshare for groq. He’s a POS, spac Chamath showing his true colors

The Nvidia team reached out to Chamath because he was so misinformed (really?) and publicly accused Nvidia. Here is what Chamath after that: "When you look at Nvidia's SEC filings and add up the revenue, it shows that about 47% comes from China, Singapore, and Taiwan. However, they clarified that this isn't what it seems. They report revenue based on the billing or invoicing address, not the actual shipping destination. In practice, an entity might buy a large amount of chips or compute power and issue the invoice from Taiwan, Singapore, or China. That's what accounts for 47% of Nvidia’s reported revenue. But that's not where the silicon actually gets shipped. For example, a Singaporean office might handle the invoicing, but the products are sent elsewhere. I asked who these companies are, and it turns out they include major U.S. companies, OEMs, and cloud providers that use Singapore for invoicing. However, industry sources indicate the products themselves are usually shipped to places like the U.S., Mexico, Taiwan, and other destinations." This is similar to what I replied to the All-In Podcast team last week. The question really is, was he really that mis-informed?
The AI Investor@The_AI_Investor

And about Singapore: He has no clue, just speculation. Singapore is widely accepted as a regional billing hub, while the actual products may be shipped to different countries in the region. For example, hyperscalers operate many data centers outside the US, including across the Asia-Pacific.

Chamath's ethical practice has often been questioned, particularly in relation to what happened to retail investors during the SPAC boom, where he appeared to make significant profits while many retail investors were left underwater. At the same time, he positioned himself as someone who puts America first, yet criticized Nvidia, a company that many see as having advanced American technologies more than any other in recent memory, playing a major role in AI and scientific progress. It's widely perceived that he has frequently spoken negatively about Nvidia since the rise of AI, especially given his investment in Groq. While Nvidia seems to have followed and complied with all restrictions imposed by the US administration, it still appears to be treated unfairly, with some of its compliant products still being banned. Nvidia could be the only company significantly ahead of China in this space. One might argue that the US should be proud to have Nvidia as an American company.

Chamath: "Nvidia is not doing what's in the best interest of the United States." 🇺🇸🇨🇳 "I think we can all do the math. About 47% of all of NVIDIA's revenue goes to China and Chinese-related countries." "And I think when you peel back this onion, what you will find is a whole raft of companies that were stood up to buy these Nvidia GPUs to essentially act as a waystation for China." "And I think that is the big problem." "Let's have a thought starter: if 47% of all of the AI capability and horsepower is being shipped to three Asian countries, where do you think the apps that require that amount of horsepower live?" "Is there a Cursor of Bhutan that we did not know? Is there a great shopping app in Cambodia that's come out of nowhere, that's AI powered?" "I think the answer is no." "Every single time we have an advance in the United States, how is it that Alibaba shows up with something incredible? DeepSeek shows up with something better?" "At every turn and at every step of AI, they are at the same rate or one step ahead." "To be honest with you, I think the real problem that we have is that Nvidia is not doing what is in the best interest of the United States." "You have a American company that has been working around the guidelines at every turn to try to land silicon into the hands of China." "Late last year, they introduced this thing called the H20 that was explicitly designed for China and to be compliant with US rules at the time." "Which again, gives these guys substantial performance." "This is a case where (Nvidia) has plausible deniability. I sell something to a Singaporean registered company? Plausible deniability." "What am I supposed to do? You can't expect me to audit it. I think that's what NVIDIA's answer will be to this question." "But what is the real expectation? At a minimum, the United States should have a mechanism to understand it." "It is implausible that if you did one or two layers of work, you would not find that most of this traffic is being used by Chinese organizations."

@SloHoopsFan You can’t judge Mavs without Kyrie. Kyrie and Luka was always not an idea fit as they both need the ball. On paper they are a more complete team with ad.

This is the first Mavs game I’m watching after months. It’s a nice team, but very boring to watch. It doesn’t have a soul anymore. AD is a nice player, but he just isn’t Luka. Luka can be surrounded by four 10-Day players and you’ll still drop everything and watch the game.
