@JeffKazzee @burkeholland The only problem was, that its agentic capabilities were not that great, it was also lazy, no matter the prompt. But it was a high quality modal and it did the job.

@dvanaerle @burkeholland 4.1 was such an underrated model, I used it all the time in the 4o days and the reasoning models were quite expensive. 4.1 was trained for reasoning I think.

My current model lineup... * Planning - Claude Haiku 4.5 * Implement - GPT-5 (Codex) * Iterate - GPT-5 mini * Design - Gemini 3 I don't think I could lock into any one of these providers.

@JeffKazzee @burkeholland Yeah, it does the job. I think a lot of language modals are being capable of giving you a good plan output, but it also depends on your prompt you have written. I also tried GPT 4.1 and it also was not that bad.

@dvanaerle @burkeholland I thought I was crazy when trying haiku for reasoning. Glad others feel the same. It's not perfect but especially for prompt writing and basic planning, its perfectly good in my opinion.

@burkeholland @jeff_behnke_ @code Is the Insiders version stable enough for production work? I think I heard you say, you prefer to work in the Insiders for new features, and having the stable as backup. Is that the case? Otherwise, I might give it a shot!
